Any additional work beyond the approved scope will be treated as extra service and may involve additional costs.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are shared through official quotations or proposals.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

• Any delay in payment may result in work suspension or timeline extension.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

• Client-requested changes

• Material availability

• Site conditions

• Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, supply delays, etc.)

Astha Interior will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

6. Design Approval & Revisions

• Design concepts, layouts, and materials require client approval before execution.

• A limited number of revisions are included as per the proposal.

• Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site information and measurements

• Approve designs and materials on time

• Ensure proper site access

• Cooperate during the execution phase

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and cost.

8. Materials & Products

• Materials are sourced based on availability and market conditions.

• Astha Interior is not responsible for manufacturer defects, color variations, or natural material behavior.

• Warranty for third-party products will be as per the manufacturer’s policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Astha Interior until full payment is completed.
After payment, designs may only be used for the specific project agreed upon.

10. Warranty

Astha Interior provides a limited workmanship warranty after project handover.
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper usage or maintenance

• Water damage, humidity, or structural issues

• Third-party product failures

11. Cancellation Policy

• Project cancellation after commencement will result in forfeiture of advance payment.

• The client must pay for completed work up to the cancellation date.

• Astha Interior reserves the right to cancel services if payment terms are violated.

12. Limitation of Liability

Astha Interior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka.
